    can we add mutilpe attributes at a time in LDIF file ?

      Yes, Why not. Here is an example, you just need to give a hypen in between :

      dn: cn=Smith Fife,ou=People,dc=example,dc=com
      changetype: modify
      add: telephonenumber
      telephonenumber: 555-1212
      telephonenumber: 555-6789

      add: manager
      manager: cn=Sita Nixon,ou=People,dc=example,dc=com
